Does Budy check PT33 prescriptions?
Yes. Before the sale, Budy checks the PT33 (ภ.ท.33) prescription and gates checkout on that check. A controlled sale does not reach payment until the prescription has been checked. Budy checks a prescription the shop already has. It does not issue prescriptions, and it does not connect to a government registry.
Can Budy prepare PT27/PT28 reports?
Yes. Budy keeps the records from sourcing and from the sale, and prepares ภ.ท.27 and ภ.ท.28 reports from those records. ภ.ท.27 is the report of where the cannabis came from. ภ.ท.28 is the report of what the shop used or sold. You review the reports and file them yourself. Budy prepares them. It does not submit them to a government portal.
Does Budy enforce the 30-day supply limit?
Yes. Each PT33 prescription covers at most a 30-day supply. Budy enforces that limit on the sale, so the weight you ring up stays inside what that prescription allows.
Can a shop converting to a clinic use Budy?
Yes. Shops converting to a clinic keep the same till: prescription gating at checkout, strain and batch tracking, weight-based sales, GACP batch sourcing recorded on the product, and PT27/PT28 reports prepared from the records. Budy is the point of sale for that counter. It is not a clinic licence, a telemedicine product, or a government integration.
