Dispensary FAQ
Do I need special hardware to run a cannabis dispensary on Budy?
Any Android tablet or iPad runs Budy. For weight-based pricing, add an Acaia Bluetooth scale (~$120). For labels, a Niimbot B1 thermal printer (~$80). That's all.
Does Budy handle Metrc / BioTrack compliance?
Metrc and BioTrack integrations are on our US roadmap. Budy already handles age verification, purchase limits, strain batch tracking, and label compliance data.
Can I sell both flower by weight and pre-packaged items?
Yes. Flower products use weight-based pricing from the scale. Pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates use standard pricing. Same basket.
What about loyalty and member programs?
Budy has a built-in member database with points, tiers, and purchase history. No extra software needed.
